Customized For Your Environment
Every organization faces unique challenges. Training is tailored to your facility, staff, operations, and security concerns.
Schools
Prepare educators, administrators, and staff to protect themselves and students during an active threat.
Hospitals & Healthcare
Address the unique realities of healthcare settings, including violent patients, armed intruders, and public access.
Houses of Worship
Train leaders, volunteers, greeters, ushers, and safety teams while respecting a welcoming environment.
Businesses & Municipalities
Prepare employees, leadership teams, city offices, county offices, and public-facing departments.
The Escape-Deny-Defend Triangle
ACT when seconds matter.
ACT sits at the center of the triangle because doing nothing is not a strategy. During an active threat, people must act immediately.
Escape: Move away from the threat and get to safety whenever possible.
Deny: Deny the attacker access by barricading, securing space, creating obstacles, using distance, and getting behind cover when available.
Defend (Attack Back): Take decisive action to stop the attack and protect yourself and others when confronted by an immediate threat.
The goal is not to freeze or wait helplessly. The goal is to ACT.

What Clients Are Saying
Trusted By Schools, Healthcare Organizations, and Community Leaders
Doug Reisig
“Watching 50 to 60 staff members and administrators go through the training, I saw how nervous they were at the beginning and how confident they became by the end. Alain helped them understand they didn’t have to be victims. They could protect themselves, protect their students, and survive a horrible situation if one ever occurred.”
Superintendent, Hellgate Elementary School
Laura Pluid
“The staff really liked the training. The material was very good, but Alain personally did a great job. We've all experienced training that contains great information, but the instructor just doesn't connect with the audience. Alain definitely connected with our group.”
Principal, Fortine School
Bayne French, M.D., D.C.
